Cancel eDreams Prime membership in 3 easy steps
Step 1 – Sign in to your eDreams Prime account
Go to „My Account/My Prime“ on our eDreams website and log in to access your Prime area. If you haven’t created a password yet, you have 2 options: open your welcome email for your eDreams Prime membership and create your password from there, or go to „My Account/My Trips“ in the main menu of the eDreams website and click on the „Forgot your password?“ link in the login area.
Step 2 – Go to „My Prime“
Click on the „My Prime“ tab in the top left. In the main window you will see a link called „Cancel my Prime Account“ which you can use to turn off the auto-renewal of your Prime membership.
Step 3 – Cancel Membership
Click the link and auto-renewal of your Prime subscription will be turned off (your subscription will not be renewed on the day of expiration).
*Important note: Don’t decide too early – enjoy your Prime membership until its expiration date. Check in your account area how long you can still benefit from Prime before you lose all benefits.
Telephone customer service for eDreams Prime
If for any reason you are unable to cancel Prime following these instructions, or would like to request a membership fee refund, please contact our Prime Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you. You can find the phone number at the top of all your Prime emails, including the welcome email, and in the „My Profile“ section of the eDreams app. Please have your booking confirmation number ready as we need it to identify you and process the cancellation of membership.

Automatic renewal of your Prime subscription
If you do not deactivate your eDreams Prime subscription, it will automatically renew once your subscription period expires (including free trial periods). The annual subscription fee is €74.99. This amount will be debited from your credit card.
